What is perspektive58?
The foundation and its name reference Chapter 58 of the Book of Isaiah.
This Bible passage highlights essential, society-shaping values such as freedom, compassion, justice, human dignity, mercy, and belonging.
These values are timeless and more relevant today than ever. Promoting them requires courageous action and unwavering commitment.
Some concrete examples: youth projects, creative and sporting projects, initiatives against anti-Semitism, social social work focusing on the youth the homeless, drug addicts, and also supporting church initiatives, projects promoting understanding between cultures, and projects that benefit the world's poorest nations.
All of this is currently being developed.
The perspektive58 foundation is dedicated to this cause by finding, promoting, and empowering relevant projects and people—based on the Christian message of being a blessing.
As a pilot project, the foundation has the opportunity to purchase and develop a piece of land, which shall be a real added value for the town of Hohen Neuendorf and enable the foundation's goals to be implemented practically.

Just north of Berlin ‒ across the Brandenburg border ‒
the foundation has the opportunity to acquire land for a pioneering project full of hope, creativity, and innovation.
It is our intention to do this in close cooperation with the administration of Hohen Neuendorf so that the town's residents can benefit from it as much as possible.

The initial vision for the site includes three major development components:
Our wish is for this piece of land to be developed in such a way that it adds real value to the community.
That is why we are seeking close coordination with the town administration in order to understand its needs and ensure swift implementation.

A state-of-the-art facility for congresses, worship services, conferences, regional events, and more.
Cultivate Natural Landscape
A community-centered location for residents and visitors of all ages.
A place for relaxation, recreation, connection, and enjoyment of life right in the heart of the town.
Offer Sustainable, Affordable Housing
Housing designed for young families, students, seniors, and those in crisis. People seeking a supportive, community-oriented way of living.
The concept promotes shared life, mutual support, and social innovation.
Additional commercial spaces and future development phases are also being planned.

Phase 1
Launching the Foundation – Completed!
Many thanks to generous donations exceeding €100,000, we successfully launched the perspektive58 foundation.
The official founding date was September 10, 2024, and our work is now fully underway.

Land Acquisition & Planning
This phase includes purchasing the property and funding the initial planning processes with architects and technical experts.

Development & Construction
Following the acquisition of the land and the final planning, the focus is now on implementing the design projects.
As soon as the development of the land is complete, we will begin construction of the projects: a festival hall for various events, green spaces and open areas for sports, recreation, and a meeting place for young and old, as well as affordable housing.
The budget for phase 3 will be adjusted as needed during further project development and therefore has not yet been finalized.

Is perspektive58 a church-affiliated organization?
We are not a church-affiliated organization. However, our actions are guided by Christian values and the motivation to serve people and be a blessing to them. We operate across denominational lines.
Can I deduct my donation from my taxes?
Donation Receipts for International Contributions:
As a registered non-profit organization in Germany, we are authorized to issue official donation receipts ("Zuwendungsbescheinigungen") in accordance with German tax law.
For donations received from abroad, we can issue donation receipts that are valid for German tax purposes, provided that the donation is made directly to our organization and used for our charitable projects, including those implemented internationally.
Please note: Recognition of our donation receipts outside of Germany depends on the tax regulations of the donor’s country.

Durch weises Haushalten und Investieren können direkt Stiftungsziele umgesetzt werden und darüber hinaus wird hier eine stabile Grundlage geschaffen, durch welche über viele Jahrzehnte hinweg, Gelder generiert werden können (u.a. durch Mieteinnahmen von Halle und Wohnungen), welche die Stiftung für ihre Ziele verwenden kann.
So wird mit diesem Projekt, der Grundstein für viele weitere Stiftungsprojekte gelegt.
